Part of a three villa compound and needing to find the space for a pool, full size professional tennis court, home cinema, games room for 8 children and 6 adults, plus half a dozen staff, permanent kitchen staff, temple and garaging for two cars... this was a challenge only made a little harder by not being able to dewater the plot and a14 month construction deadline... all of which we met.

The architecture flows from the villas that I designed for the owners sons, flanking each side and forming the compound, but space was an issue and we had to use every available inch to achieve what was required...
